Product brief introduction
It is no need to use the water based UV base oil when you use the UV varnish. It will present a good adhesion on the offset printing ink, high gloss, good abrasion resistance, low smell and so on; meanwhile, It is better than ordinary UV oil reduced the procedure at the same time, reduced the water based bottom oil use undeserved caused trouble. This product is mainly composed of light-cured resin, reactive diluents, etc, curing film by the ultraviolet irradiation.
Widely used in different paper, for the use of surface polishing.
 
This product conforms to the toy safety and health, the United States ASTM F*****3, the EU's EN*1, ROHS standards, have passed "SGS" heavy metal content test.

Recommended use methods:

1. roller coating works, offline and continuous production line are both available, oil amount depending on the quality of paper.
2. ultraviolet strength, it's better to keep more than *5 MJ/cm² to dry.
3. add a small amount of ethyl acetate or alcohol solvent to adjust viscosity.
4. before using, It will be better to clean oil tank and other UV oil on the rubber roller, so as not to affect the use of the product performance.
